Returns

Returns follow our retail partner's standard policy: most new and unused items go back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, started from the order page in your account.

Inflators that have been used are still returnable if they are clean and complete with the adapters. Air mattresses that have been slept on are not, for hygiene reasons, unless the fault is a leak.

A leak in the first month is a manufacturing fault rather than wear, and it is handled as a defective return: free shipping back, refunded or replaced in full.

Keep the box for the first week if you can. Bulky items are markedly easier to return in their moulded packaging.
