Orders placed through the buy buttons here are fulfilled and shipped by our retail partner. Standard delivery inside the contiguous United States usually arrives in two to five business days.

Air mattresses and the larger storage boxes are bulky rather than heavy, and they occasionally ship separately from smaller items in the same order. That is a carrier decision rather than a delay.

Compressors ship with the battery installed where they have one, which is why they travel by ground rather than air. If a box arrives crushed, photograph it before opening.

Tracking is issued by the partner at dispatch and appears on your order page. We have no earlier or separate tracking than what shows there.
